There is an important distinction between smoothing and repairing hair. Hair that has grown beyond the scalp cannot biologically heal itself. For fine hair, Garnier recommends 1 dose. Use 2 to 3 doses for medium to thick hair, adding an additional dose for long hair.

Massage through the lengths for approximately 10 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.

Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately.
