Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner restores moisture after cleansing, which can help reduce the feeling of tightness and dryness. It’s often chosen by people with dry or sensitive skin, or by anyone whose skin reacts poorly to fragranced or complex formulas.

The formula contains astragalus root extract, a traditional herbal ingredient widely used to support skin comfort and hydration. Instead of water as the main base, this extract helps the toner feel more cushioning than a typical watery toner, while still absorbing easily.

The texture sits between a toner and a light essence. It smooths over the skin without stickiness and helps the skin feel more receptive to serums and moisturiser applied afterwards.

With regular use, skin tends to feel softer, better hydrated, and less easily irritated.

Use after cleansing. Apply to hands or a cotton pad and gently press into the skin. Follow with serum and moisturiser. Can be used morning and evening.
